Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 8 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be non-refundable.
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. For such reservations, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, refunds for unused nights will be at the discretion of the management and subject to availability and specific circumstances.
Guests may request modifications to their booking (e.g., change of dates) subject to availability and hotel policy. Price adjustments, if any, will be communicated at the time of modification.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
The following charges are non-refundable:
Service fees and taxes already remitted to the authorities.
Additional services availed during the stay (e.g., room service).
In the unlikely event that Hotel Marutham is unable to honor your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, overbooking), we will:
Offer an alternative accommodation of similar or higher standards, or
Provide a full refund of the booking amount.
